The Triform 25-10-12 deep draw sheet hydroforming press features a 12 inch punch stroke with a large, 19 inch punch tool diameter. This machine also boasts incredibly precise forming pressure up to 10,000 PSI distributed evenly across a 25 inch diameter forming area. To minimize the overall footprint, this press is offered in a vertical configuration and will require a pit to accommodate the lower punch cylinder.
The 25-10-12DD provides all of the must-have features including Triform’s proprietary “In-Sight” feature for visual and physical inspection of a part during forming, and an integrated tool change system which allows quick tool change-over. This change system can also include a T-table for staging the set-up of multiple tools and includes a shuttle to help move the tools simultaneously. These features are designed to help increase throughput for operations with higher mix / lower volume production.
