This custom 50-ton servo-electric press is equipped with a larger motor to achieve higher speeds and smaller dwell times for the automotive industry. With a completely servo-electric actuator, the force accuracy is up to +/- 0.5% and the force resolution is 0.5lbs. For added safety, a ram safety catcher system was included for secondary holding of the ram in any position during stroke.
