Custom Features:

  • Dual programmable side ram system equipped with 10” of automatic vertical adjustment, and 8” of horizontal stroke
  • Side Rams can be synchronized or run individually. Side rams are fully integrated into the recipe handling system
  • Engineered to accept customer-provided heated platens and insulation
  • (4) 5” diameter chrome housing posts with graphite impregnated bronze bushings for superior ram guidance and rigidity
  • HPU designed to run a water glycol fluid
  • Calculated Ram Speeds: Pressing: 10-39 IPM, Return: 77 IPM
  • Kidney loop filter/cooler circuit with thermostatically-controlled water-oil heat exchanger
