Intended UseUsed to in a compression molding application to form recycled rubber into landscape edging for the consumer goods industry

  • (4) 5” diameter chrome housing posts with graphite impregnated bronze bushings for superior ram guidance and rigidity
  • (2) 64” x 160” dual shuttles on each press facilitate continuous part loading & forming
  • (4) 64” x 80” working areas (two per cavity) with (2) side actuators to perform a pin assembly application
  • Platens heated up to 150-deg. F. by a closed-loop water system
  • Quick-die change hydraulic clamps on both cavities for tool mounting
  • Bolt on expanded metal guards with safety interlocks cover the side openings
